Private User: A well wisher

Perhaps, based on my experiences, all the latest/recent reviews are true! Talked to few other owners who built with them have the same regrets! However, the company had a good intention to serve its customers: excellent communication in the beginning of the contract, lot of satisfactory promises, very competitive and reasonable price, but did not keep it up. Now, I believe, they took lot of assignments than they were capable of. Thus, they may have financial crisis, and trades are being often changed. No site supervision; completely dependent on trades' skills! Some of the trades are not paid, and they have put legal claims using the act of liens. Now a days, simply commitment/communication is not followed specially with the old clients to complete deficiencies! This is very unprofessional, annoying and creating mental stress to me! I will not build my 2nd home with them; do you? Presently, Maxworth Website is down too!!!
