Purchased a Fisher and Paykel fridge from the St Catharines location. The fridge was missing the collet clip for the waterline. Phoned customer service about the missing part, was on hold for over half an hour and left my phone number for a return phone, but never received one. Phoned again, and was advised that someone will phone regarding the missing part, however never received a call. Wrote an email to the company with a response that someone would be in contact within two days...... still waiting for a call. Once company gets payment for the appliance, customers no longer matter....they just move to the next sale. Would not recommend this company at all..... do not stand behind the products that they sell and have no idea what customer service is about Go elsewhere for your appliance
