After researching and getting quotes from half a dozen prospects, I decided to go with Europa as they including many features at a reasonable price. I have to say that their quality of work and service greatly exceeded all my expectations, right to the smallest detail! I am so glad I decided to go with Europa as I had some changes along the way and they were more than happy to accommodate all my needs. Excellent work, service, and people! Mario treats the customer like family, and his team is simply the best! I would highly recommend Europa, and must mention that my 2 closest neighbors also decided on Europa, and are also very happy with their work. Everything was completed start to finish in just over a week. Included 2 car driveway, both sides of the house with steps, backyard patio and walkway, drainage, and fence posts. I purchased all my new appliances from Sears just over a year ago. I also paid for the extended warranty. Just over a year and my fridge and stove break down within a week of each other. It's been almost a month and my stove has yet to be repaired due to back ordered parts. My fridge has been looked at several times and on its second parts repair. The food inside has spoiled twice. I called Sears customer service and they refuse to replace it with a new one. I think my next step is to file for small claims court. It's ridiculous that I spent all that money and have to go out to eat. Time spent waiting for the service guy, lost food, time, inconvenience. Sears and Kitchenaid have both changed over the years...too bad it's been for the worse!! I will never buy from Sears or Kitchenaid EVER AGAIN!!

These guys are the best! Took extra care and went beyond the call of duty. Only movers I would go with! Highly recommend to all friends, family, and anyone who is moving. Thanks!!!

Extremely upset with the delivery and installation of 3 of 6 appliances purchased. Washer and dryer NOT installed, left near a bedroom door, partially blocking it and creating a fire risk in the process. Dishwasher could not be installed because delivery guys dropped it and bent the frame. Needed to call many times and having to wait days for a resolution. Never buy from them again!!! Paid about $700 for delivery and installation. Will look eleswhere for any future purchases, and will make sure ALL my frineds and family know about it!!
