DG Peterson from Vancouver

I recently bought a house where mostly everything leaked, from the roof down. Reid Bros.' plumbers and gas fitter(s) Carson Leary and Cory (the first time) and Peter (the second time) attended last spring and then again in the fall to complete the plumbing upgrades. They replaced all the stops re sinks and toilets, repaired all the hose bibbs, completed work on the boiler, the sprinkler system's pressure reducing valve and other assorted plumbing items, as well as installed new main water supply piping. All three men were courteous, efficient, good natured, dependable and professional in all respects. They went about their work in an orderly fashion and the excellent quality really shows. I haven't received the statement for the second time they were here, but I'm sure it will be as reasonable as the first. Thanks, guys. You did an awesome job. Take a bow.

I had three windows replaced and one new window installed by Centra Windows. After hearing what I wanted, Brad organized the project for me. He was pleasant and easy to work with.Then, because they are so busy, I had to wait seven weeks! Finally the first two windows were installed by Shane and Luke, who worked like Trojans in the sun on one of the hottest days of the summer. They were assisted for a while by Drew and Jamie. All these fellows were very courteous, punctual and very, very capable. They did a good and careful job. Due to unforeseen circumstances, the installation of the other two windows had to wait until the following week. Nick, with Eric and Denis, worked just as hard as Shane and the others on the first day, finishing around six, as had the others. Nick was instructing Eric and Denis in their work, quietly saying, "Yeah, that's good," or "No, take it out. Do it again." Nothing personal, just an objective critique and everyone seemed upbeat and positive about their work. The quality of the work performed was very high, their warranty is lifetime and the crews are top notch. Thanks, Centra! It was worth the wait.
