Three heavily weather-damaged 2rd floor transom windows were allowing water/weather to enter the house and required replacing. WBI owner patiently and thoroughly walked us through the options available to us, clearly articulating the process from initial assessment and measurement through installation and follow up. WBI asked us to inspect the windows they delivered prior to installation to confirm that they met our specifications, which they did. The removal of the damaged windows and installation of the new windows and sill went very smoothly. At the end of the job, there was no mess left for us to clean, wipe or vacuum. It was as if no work had been done and the new windows and sills simply materialized out of thin air. Upon completion, WBI offered to paint the new sills free of charge. Excellent experience. Excellent product.

After having a really bad experience with another company I was weary of hiring movers again instead of just doing it myself. But I am really glad I came across Accurate Movers online. The reviews say it all! A few tips: ****Be honest about how much stuff you have. It's better to book the right amount of time/# of guys/size of truck. If you don't use all the time booked, Accurate prorates and you only pay for what you use. ****Book early! Obviously this company is great, so that means they'll be booked on big moving weekends (i.e. right around the first of the month) well in advance. We booked over a month in advance and we still had to take a night time moving slot. OK with us for great movers. ****Have water and drinks available - These guys work hard! They work carefully but quickly. Both times I've used this company the guys on the crew would never ask for anything, but they were grateful when I offered. They're very polite! The office staff is awesome, everything is documented via e-mail, and the moving crews are professional, courteous, and hard working. When I ended up moving twice in one year, they even gave me a discount for using them a second time so soon, They also offer free boxes and packing services if you require that. Over all a very balanced company.

While gutting the basement of our Mississauga house we found we were in need of an entire basement overhaul -- termite damage, severe plumbing issues, as well as a large section of the floor (hidden under a tile floor) that wasn't concrete. After getting rid of the termites, we had several contractors come over to address the state of the basement. The prices were all over the place and nothing felt right. They did such a thorough inspection that we were ready to hire them on the spot. The price was right, the plan of attack was great, and the details were all clear. Finishebasement.ca started work shortly after that. Demo, concrete floor poured, bathroom, new windows, doors, framing, walls, tile, painting, custom shelves... everything they did looks great. Even little things, such as the trim around the windows, clearly show the work of skilled craftsmen. They also referred us to an amazing plumber who coordinated with them as the basement was worked on. We are very happy with their job, and our basement now looks great.
