I purchased a Whirlpool washer WFW560CHW. After having it delivered, I learned it has no internal water heater, and accessing the pump and filter is done by removal of the back panel. The salesman never told me that the next model up, the WFW5620HW, and costing only $50 more, has an internal water heater with the pump and filter easily accessible by removing a small front panel. An internal water heater is needed for hotter temperatures. Removing the back panel requires moving the washer completely out of the closet where it is stored, where as the front panel doesn't. My machine's hoses were hooked up, but the machine had not yet been run when I requested an exchange. The company refused. I was sorely disappointed. CSA then offered to do the exchange for a $104 restocking fee and zero charges to pick up the original machine and deliver the second one. Still cost me also to have someone help me uninstall the original and install the new. But CSA at least agreed to compromise.

My front loading washing machine was leaking water. Express repair was the only company that had the door bellows boot gasket in stock. Chris arrived on time to do the repair. He was courteous, and diligent. Thank you Chris for a great job.

Stefanie in the office was excellent to communicate with. She returned calls promptly. The client's concerns are her first priority. Two installers, Zhang and Danny, were fast, polite, and did great workmanship in three upstairs bedrooms, hallway, and main floor living and dining areas. Did pick up and delivery of planks from Homedepot.

Eddy, responded very quickly by phone to my online Homestars request. He arrived when he said he would, and proceeded to install a new light switch and fan timer in the bathroom. He also checked a light fixture in one bedroom, and told me there was a minor problem that didn't require an electrician. The light bulb wasn't screwing in all the way, because of the position of the fixture needed to be adjusted. He then gave me the correct residential and childproof electrical outlet for another bedroom, and replaced the old, cracked one. Eddy also gave me some advice regarding replacing old fluorescent tubes with LEDs, and that removing the transformers is really easy to do. Eddy was totally professional, and courteous. Thank you Eddy!

The screen frame and mesh in a large window of my house got damaged a few years ago, and the original company that sold me the windows, when asked several times, refused to repair or replace the frame and mesh. Yesterday I called Doctor Screen and today Brian arrived on time. He gave me the quote, and proceeded to do a great job. Plus he replaced the mesh in my front screen door. Brian was professional, very personable, and the price was right. The three P's all get straight A's. Thanks Brian.

In July of 2015 I had bought a Goodman furnace and A/C from Air Makers. Excellent service, equipment and installation. On Feb 28/16 Dan came to my home just a few days after my request to check the air flow in two bedrooms on the south side of my home. He pointed out the problem and fixed it. The damper in the duct at the furnace's south side was partially closed. Again, excellent service. Polite, patient, and informative. Thank you Dan and Air Makers.

The price was unbeatable, and the sales rep Eric has been there to answer every question promptly. Meron and Erfan were amazing and really went the extra mile to be sure the installation was done to perfection. Many thanks to all of you.

Yaron and his assistant Jade did an excellent job. They were efficient, very pleasant to do business with, and completed the job in the time the Yaron said it would take. I have already recommended Tip Top Eaves to some of my neighbours, who hired them, and had the same good experience I did.

One of the window screens and its frame became damaged through no fault of Northview. But when I called to have the screen and frame replaced Aimira said she would call me back with a price. She never did. When I called Northview, she relayed a message that their supplier no longer makes them. Neither she nor any one in management or production would speak with me. I agree with the comments from Mike Mac from Mississauga. DO NOT buy from this company.
