We had a problem with the lock on our storm door and could not open the door at all. The locksmith sent by Homeservice was excellent. He responded within an hour and arrived on time. The problem was very challenging and he showed great patience and ingenuity In fixing the lock. We are long standing members of Homeservice club and highly recommend them.

The entire experience from speaking to the sales rep to having the crew in our home was totally stress free. Everyone involved arrived on time and the entire job was completed in 3 hours. They respected our home and did not leave ant mess behind. Except for the presence of the new furnace and AC you would never know that any work men had been there. We would be pleased to recommend Matt, the sales rep, and the 2 fellows who did our installation to friends and neighbours.

After the flooding in Etobicoke in July we contacted Toronto Drain and Plumbing to install a backwater valve in our basement. We have been very impressed with the job that Slavic and his helper did in our home. Slavic is prompt, polite, friendly and very knowledgeable about the City rebate program. He installed the valve, arranged for the City inspector to inspect the valve, then, after inspection, filled in the hole ,showed us how to clean the valve and provided us with the proper document to submit to the City for the rebate and he and his helpers cleaned up after everything was completed.. Great Job Slavic! I have already recommended you and our company to other neighbours. Joan and Alex McCulloch
