Reading the prior post was quite surprising and quite honestly impossible to fathom (also, very inconsistent with all other posts)….we have just completed (delivered yesterday) a very large project (10 pieces) with Re-Wrap…short answer….THEY WERE AWESOME TO WORK WITH ! project took nearly 3 months from start to finish…did we have an issue with the project timeline ??? ABSOLUTELY NOT !!! It’s custom made furniture ! Our last furniture purchase from a top end Furniture store took nearly 6 months to arrive ! Back to Re-Wrap and Gary and Robert….From the initial design consultation, picking up the furniture, fabric selection process, budget discussions, numerous visits to the shop to guide and provide design inputs to delivery, they are a great team to work with. Their passion for their craft is unmatched…No part of the design (fabric choices, wood restoration, fabric piping, cushion types….) was not addressed and carefully planned….The end result with our furniture was nothing less than spectacular. The furniture is truly “one of a kind” and timeliness….we will have these pieces forever. For those of you considering a re-upholsterer….If you’re looking for very decent, honest, passionate, creative, “fun to work with” people, and want top quality results, PLEASE CALL Re-Wrap !

We requested Cohen & Master to review the status of our tree as it was looking quite stressed. Unfortunately, the tree required removal. Due to the size of the tree a city permit was required. Cohen & Master handled the submission and dealings with the city to receive a permit for the tree removal. They were very promote is scheduling the event and were very careful in the removal of the tree with respect to our home and the surrounding homes. They left the property as they found it. In fact you would never have known that a tree removal had occurred that morning. They were great to deal with very professional! Would absolutely recommend them!

This is the second house project I have worked on with Jason. The service I received with the first job was exceptional. The new job has been just as good. We installed a variety of options from regular Silhouette, Silhouette motorized and Duette motorized for a skylight . All great suggestions that look beautiful – thank you Jason! Install was done very well -thank you Mark!.

Our experience with the Permalock team was exceptional. When we decided to extensively renovate the front of our home, we contacted several reputable landscape design firms. After careful consideration, we selected Permalock. The project included a new driveway, porch area, irrigation system and a garden space. We were looking for a company that had the skills to do the job right. Throughout the process from the initial consultation, to the 3D drawings to final review, Jordan was available and very knowledgeable on the many build questions and options we wanted to try and incorporate into the space. When the job began we met the rest of the Permalock team. The work was done with an exceptionally high level of perfection. The stone work and attention to detail was exceptional (who knew stone work could be so symmetrical!). They were very neat and tidy (sweeping the street at the end of the day), with consideration made to the neighbors and to the street traffic. The neighbors came by to give that kind of feedback! They were well liked and very professional while working on the street. From beginning to end the team were very focused on ensuring we were happy throughout the project. It is great to work with people who take so much pride in the work they do! The end results were fantastic! The reviews on the street were phenomenal as the job results were clearly beyond expectation! THANK YOU PERMALOCK!
