BAD MOVERS

My furnace was not working well the night before. The furnace was not coming on automatically when the temperature dropped in the house. I Called LBP Heating and Air Conditioning the following morning-Dec 15, 2017. Leroy was onsite within 30 minutes. He troubleshoot and found out the problem with 15 minutes. He rectified the problem that only cost me $80 (his inital fee). He did not charge me extra for the plastic tubing etc to reconstruct the piping on the exterior of the house. He was pleasant, efficient, honest and knowledgeable. Overall a great experience.

I was extremely disappointed in the service rendered by this company. The movers were late in arrival (approx. 2 Hrs) and the owner, George was extremely rude. He lack professionalism. He was very dishonest. He had verbally quoted me $40/hour. I had informed him the items to be moved, pick up location and drop off address. He had given the movers the incorrect address, the items to be moved and the quoted amount. Upon receiving my bill, I was shocked to receive a bill for $327.70 for a ~2 hour job. I refused to pay it then he threatened to hold the items for nonpayment. George was verbally abusive upon discussing with him the verbal agreement/contract. He swore and hung up on me x2. He was extremely abusive to his movers when they had called him to discuss my concern re: the bill.I would not recommend this company. This company should not be operating and should be out of business. Warning to ALL potential clients- READ THE CONTRACT/OR ANY PAPERS PRESENTED BY THE COMPANY/MOVERS BEFORE SIGNING. Infact, do not use this company.
