It’s one of the last warm weeks of the fall and we are enjoying our amazing new windows. After doing extensive research we had decided to purchase our windows from Magic Windows Innovations and we could not be more happy. They are as beautiful as we hoped for, we are enjoying the advanced technology of the windows and of the retractable screens, both bug and solar. We were able to, with the help from an amazing inside sales and technical team, to add privacy screens to some of the windows after they were installed. The installation was done expertly by a genuinely nice and knowledgeable young man – thank you Miki, the company is , we are sure, lucky and proud to have you! Now for the showroom – we would recommend highly to visit the factory showroom after – or before – purchase. We did, having experienced little hiccups and misunderstanding, all clarified very professionally and kindly, first by Heidi, a gem, I must say, then Yuli, Myrna from service and lastly Lior who helped us with the privacy shades. When we finally decided to redo our kitchen, we looked for someone who would be able to provide us with a contractor and all the trades we needed for our project – from cabinets to flooring, walls, electrical, gas line, plumbing etc. We chose Kitchen Land after reading about them on Home Stars. The reviews gave us confidence to approach them and we were not disappointed. Alex, who designed our kitchen, is straight forward, accommodating and knowledgeable, his estimates right on. He gave us a start date, a budget and there were no surprises. Everything went smoothly and according to plan. For that we’d like to especially thank Gregory who oversaw the project. Having other projects on hand, we never felt that ours was not a priority; Gregory and his team often worked on the weekend to make sure that things were finished on time. And of course, we could always count on Halina to answer any questions we had. Every trades person working on our kitchen project was very professional, polite and efficient. Thanks especially to Shapur, who did an excellent job tiling our backsplash. We love our beautiful new kitchen and have nothing but praise for Kitchen Land. Thank you all for a great job!
