We signed with Ken and his crew again this year as we have in previous years. May have a different name but the service is still exceptional. Ken and his team always communicate clearly and follow though on their plan. Very impressed. Love the emails and I even brag to my coworkers when I get my emails at work. I recently had Holmes Heating in to do a oil to gas conversion and install. Thanks to Chris Monohan and John Palmer for the professional service they provided, Both guys worked extremely hard to get this job done and with very little disruption to our household. Thanks too to Tim Walsh & Trevor Thibault who ,installed my water heater as and additional request . all of the guys were polite and cheerful while completing this for me. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
