I needed to setup my TV on a rotating mount due to the size and space restrictions at my new house, but I also wanted a big TV making it a much more difficult job. After researching a number of different companies to do this job, Mike was easily the best prepared and the most enthusiastic about making the job work best for my layout. He and his apprentice showed up on time, were very easy to talk to and did a fantastic job with the difficult set up. He was able to include every single aspect of what I wanted in my home theater system. Working with Mike was a pleasure and I would easily recommend him to anyone because as he said himself "you get what you pay for".

I had an issue with the lock on my washer door and had them come to my place. The employee could barely speak english and I had a difficult time understanding him. He told me that he would probably have the part tomorrow for me and would contact me the following day. I had to call them at 3pm the following day since I had not heard, they said that they did not have the part and they could not find it but recommended that I do some cleaning for over $300 even though my washer can not work without the door lock being fixed. This makes very little sense considering the availability of the parts. The people were incredibly rude on the phone and I would NEVER recommend this company to ANYONE.
