I chose trillium after comparing different companies, and reading multiple reviews, I had a good feeling when going through their website. Our move went smoothly and the customer service was always very courteous. Although a box went missing, it was resolved fairly. I have never dealt with such nice customer service when something goes wrong! Overall, I am pleased with my move and the service I received.
