I purchased an expensive sofa and loveseat from Lazyboy- extended warranty was bought via Zucora Horrible service and company denied my claim at first then said not covered - then they came out and ruined my sofa with their repair and it started to crack and peel it is so bad that the entire cushion has changed do not deal with Lazyboy or Zucora

Alex and his crew did an amazing job to install a new front door , side door and patio slider. The quality of the doors are very high . The installation was so air tight and proper installation from beginning to end . Alex and his crew are highly skilled at what they do that I used them prior in my old house and now for a second time in my new property just purchased. They are honest and very reliable - their prices cannot be beat from any supplier of the same quality

Alex is very pleasant and extremely helpful. He arrives on time with his work crew. He is exceptionally knowledgable and skilled on his installation of our new windows . He also did our new front & side door as well as patio sliding door. The windows are beautiful and installed to perfection. I highly recommend Alex and his team. They use high quality windows and clean up after the job, as well as laying drop sheets in my house when doing my windows.

Frank from Brampton was the only service man that I can say truly provided high quality service. My furnace was not working. One week prior the first serviceman came to my house. I think his name was Joel . He arrive late and told me my furnace was working fine. Over the next few days; my furnace was going on and then stopped working again. I finally had another service man arrive Frank from Brampton.He was very professional and I can say a real expert in furnace repair. He ordered the control board that was not working. He was able to identify what the issue was. He took time out and actually took the service call two days earlier than what Reliance was telling me when they would be able to have another service man install the new control board. Frank's service was overall a 10+ I would only hope that Reliance is able to hire more "Franks from Brampton" as he was exceptional. Thanks again Frank
