Reliance Home Comfort

Frank from Brampton was the only service man that I can say truly provided high quality service. My furnace was not working. One week prior the first serviceman came to my house. I think his name was Joel . He arrive late and told me my furnace was working fine. Over the next few days; my furnace was going on and then stopped working again. I finally had another service man arrive Frank from Brampton.He was very professional and I can say a real expert in furnace repair. He ordered the control board that was not working. He was able to identify what the issue was. He took time out and actually took the service call two days earlier than what Reliance was telling me when they would be able to have another service man install the new control board. Frank's service was overall a 10+

I would only hope that Reliance is able to hire more "Franks from Brampton" as he was exceptional.
