Had an old bottom seal that was leaking badly. Greg came and fixed it in a very short time at a very good price. He not only replaced the old seal but lubricated the springs and other moving parts, he recalibrated the pressure and even fixed the light on the opener that hasnt worked for years. cheerful and knowledgable service. highly recommend.
