A squirrel had nested under one end of a carved gable, gnawing at the actual carving, and dropping plentiful nest material at our front door below. I had met Peter a few months ago, when he worked at a neighbour's house, so got his contact info from the neighbour. Peter came as soon as I called him. He was thorough, efficient, and very pleasant to deal with. I wouldn't hesitate to call him again, or to recommend ProPest's services.

Excellent, thorough, and considerate service first month (December 2019) of this season. We have a 4-month contract, December 1 to March 31. Jonathan is not a bargain, hence the 4-star rating, but his work is is well done and prompt.

Got a new washing machine, and upon partial installation found that old piping and taps were shot. Michael came promptly, did a fine and efficient fix, dropped by the next day to add on the chrome covers.

We have had long-term problems with seepage into a back room in our basement. Having just had this room renovated, we called Waterworks to see about waterproofing. Michael's advice was completely helpful, and Victor and his crew sealed the wall, installed the membrane and weeping tile, and and cleaned up the site, efficiently and even ahead of schedule. Professional, as always.
