Great service, I called Protection Plus yesterday to see if they could come and replace an aging wireless window sensor that incorrectly reporting its state. They were ready to come out yesterday but I asked if they could delay and come today instead. John arrived just when he said he would and quickly diagnosed that my assumptions were correct and the unit needed replacing. He quickly changed out the unit, register the new one with my system, performed tests for correct operation and off he went to solve problems for someone else. Great job, much appreciated.

Waited all day for a 9 AM appointment to replace my water heater. Guy showed up and I asked that he correct strange routing of pipes to/from the existing rental water heater committed by the previous installer that is causing much banging. He agreed that it should be done, but explained that Enercare only pays for a quick install. I said I would call Enercare and get them to authorize the correct work. While I was on the phone, he left. Odd. The woman on the phone said that the installer said that I refused the work and charges? Bull. That was not the conversation. So I said I didn't want that guy back again since he was not truthful. She then said they would send no one else out. Huh>? So screw it, I will buy a water heater.

Adam's put in my door 8 years ago, about two years ago I used them again for a new opener (I did not replace with the new door) and today for spring replacement. Always on time and always good service. John was the service tech today. He takes his coffee black.
