I was in a jam and used Homestars to get an electrician ASAP after a furnace/AC installation with another company failed to get power to my new AC unit. Nick and Lewis were fast to return my call for an estimate and arrived on site to provide me with one following morning. Not many roofers, or tradespeople in general, are that attentive to potential customers, so I was immediately impressed with their customer service. Upon inspection of the roof, they were accurate in determining the cause of our leak. They provided me with photos and clear explanations of the problem areas, the required repairs, and their estimate price was very reasonable (according to a roofer friend of mine whom I trust). Within a few days they were able to return to complete the job, with clean workmanship and professionalism. Nick also provided me with a series of before-and-after photos, which is great since many people cannot access their roof for inspection. Overall, I can say that this level of service was very ideal, above my expectations, and a good first experience with a roofing company. I am confident your roof will be safe in their hands.
