Our upstairs bathroom toilet stopped filling. And our main floor powder room toilet was done. Within 1 business day Domenic of Mr. Rooter had us happily flushing again. Highly recommend!

We were having an issue with our humidifier and water in our basement - our furnace is installed in a crawl space! The furnace tech said we needed a plumber to come in and put another floor drain in so the furnace and humidifier could properly drain. I called several companies but DrainCom is the one I chose as they were professional and reasonable. Not an easy installation job as one man can barely fit in that space. But they did it and we don't have to worry about water in our basement again.

We found a couple of roof tiles on the ground after a major wind storm that hit Mississauga night before. I thought they came off the shed so wasn't too worried about it until my husband came home from work and said he could see shingles standing up at the peak of our home roof. I started calling roofing companies - called at least a dozen and left urgent voice mails. Only one company answered and said they were not taking anymore repair jobs as they were booked solid for the next 4 weeks. I was starting to panic as we have venetian plaster ceiling and walls in the bathroom below the problem area... Louis returned my call within 1 hour. He was up on a roof and it was getting dark out so promised he would be at my home in the morning - and he was! I was very impressed. I had given Louis a pretty poor description of the tri-coloured roof tiles and couldn't remember how old the roof was (6, 7, maybe 8 years). Louis had an exact match when he arrived. :) While up on the roof he mentioned my eaves were blocked from the storm. Although they had scheduled me in between customers they took the time to clear them out - much appreciated! They are coming back to install eave guards so we won't have that issue again. We talked about maintenance and I will definitely have Louis and Nick back for bi-annual inspections of my roof. 10 out of 10. Highly recommend!

I was quite discouraged after spending a lot of time searching for a good reliable handyman for my bedroom reno. Every one I contacted thought my job was too small or didn't bother showing up for the quote. I finally found Glen through this site. He showed up on time and with a smile. He is fast and when he left we could not tell construction had been done as he left the area clean and tidy. Thanks Glen for a job well done. Looking forward to our kitchen reno in the new year. :)
