An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Last weekend we had all windows and doors of our house replaced by New Look and were impressed by the excellent product and service. From the day of initial consultation with Alexander to the installation completed by Roman and his team, we found them to be professional, respectful and very responsible. Alexander and Roman ensured that we had a good understanding of the design and quality of the product, as well as installation process and time line. We had all windows (brick to brick) and all doors along with storm doors replaced. We would like to mention that the price was fair. New windows along with doors keep our house very well insulated! We have noticed that we do not need to spend more on heating.We feel very happy with the results and overall experience with the service provided. Excellent product, excellent personality and people skills demonstrated by Alex and Roman and their team!, We will definitely hire these guys again should we require new windows and doors in another house! We also highly recommend their services to friends and relatives. Well done!
