He went out of his way to try to rearrange his schedule as I had a smaller project I really needed done quickly, and he was able to complete both projects. I would definitely hire him again.

I had a great experience with this company. Peter was responsive, gave a very competitive quote and his team was excellent. I was really happy with the quality of the work and care put into it. They had to get drywall up through some tight stairwell spaces and were careful not to damage anything in doing so. I hired ROKO again right away for another drywall project.

An excellent experience with this company. They replaced my small garage roof. They arrived exactly on time, had four crew guys working hard, were very clean on site and got the whole job done in one 8-hr day. They weren't the cheapest quote, but the result looks great and well worth the price for the quality. The booking, payment and office communication were also really smooth.

I contacted a few different companies to add one small extension of a duct to heat a room in my basement. Jay and Sean were very responsive, and we were able to book a time quickly. The job took only about 20 minutes, they were fast but not rushed and did good, tidy work - I was impressed at how smooth the whole thing went when I couldn't even get several other companies to respond. They also talked to me about adding A/C and what it would cost and entail, but not in a pushy or salesy way. I would definitely hire them again.

I used Winmar through our insurance and at first was impressed by their professionalism. However, the work done was not great ( I had to redo some garden railway ties myself to make it look proper). The real concern was the project manager they assigned. He was hard to contact and extremely disorganized, scheduling contractors in the wrong order which delayed the work by months. When the project was finished and they needed me to sign the cheque so they could get paid, all of a sudden he surfaced and was more than happy to keep in touch! In the end, looking back, I would have taken the insurance cheque and organized the whole thing myself over using this company, hands down. There was a distinct "middleman" feel to the whole experience.
