He arrived at the time arranged, sent a reasonable quote quickly, and explained everything in detail. He and his team did the instalment soon after.

We needed a new roof and skylight on a commercial /residential building in downtown Toronto. I found Ilir to be professional from the start. He provided a quote and gave me an approx. time to start. I asked for some further details and he was so nice and easily provided me with those details so that I was comfortable to use his company. During the installation he sent me pictures / videos as they were doing the job and everything went as I was told. Ilir is straight forward and honest and has a great team of workers.

This is the second time I am using the roof technician, Ilir and his team are very easy to deal with, extremely prompt, knowlegdeable and curteous. The price is also very reasonable. They made sure everything is cleaned up before they left and showed pictures of the work from the roof. Very satisfied and highly recommend.

This job was completed in October, 2019. I meant to post the review (written then) but forgot. I was reminded of this omission when he completed another job, recently, on our rental property and we received the same, excellent level of service. Ilir is an excellent communicator and incredibly professional. He helped us out immeasurably by organizing the job directly with the fellow removing our solar panels. He removed the old shingles, replaced some boards that were rotten and provided photos, re-shingled the roof, and followed up with us about one month after the job was completed to make sure we were satisfied. He also issued a Workmanship Warranty, good for 10 years, and took photos of the job, before, during, and after the work was completed. He was a pleasure to work with. We highly recommend Ilir, The Roof Technician.

What can I say about Ilir? Nothing but good things.
I bought a renovated house and the home inspection had noted some loose flashing on the roof. Ilir came by and told me the roof itself was done extremely poorly and the shingles and flat roof would need to be replaced. I had a few other opinions and the consensus was the same. Ilir offered the most reasonable quote and he was prompt in his timing. I finished the job over 2 seasons and I have confidence that I wont run into a leak or any major problems. I appreciate his transparency and not upcharging me for things that werent necessary to be completed.

Ilir, his brother, and his team are amazing. I first contacted The Roof Technician regarding a leak in my roof which developed in my roof during the winter. Ilir was able to come by on the same day I contacted him, to patch the leak and it was at that point we started discussing a permanent fix to my issue.

In the spring I got multiple quotes to re-shingle my roof, but ultimately decided to go with Ilir and his team for the project and I am sure glad I did. Ilir put together the best proposal, in my opinion for the job, at a fair price, without cutting any corners. The team took 2-days to complete the project and there were no hidden costs when the job was done.

An excellent experience with this company. They replaced my small garage roof. They arrived exactly on time, had four crew guys working hard, were very clean on site and got the whole job done in one 8-hr day. They weren't the cheapest quote, but the result looks great and well worth the price for the quality. The booking, payment and office communication were also really smooth.

A few years ago, I asked this company to do half my roof to fix a leak. Massive storms damaged the other part of my roof recently, and I had a leak in another room. I called them up, and they were able to come and replace it very quickly, matching the shingle colour. Very happy!

This originally was a request to add a new bathroom vent in our flat roof but expanded to something bigger when the roofers we shopped around all mentioned a squishy part on the roof. We also included a new skylight as the old one was simply acrylic, so it got very warm inside the hallway during hot days. We went with The Roof Technician because as they were the most transparent and patient with all my questions and cost.

Ilir, his brother and his crew were quick to start on the roof. The weather forecast was perfect until it wasn't, but Ilir was proactive to make the judgement call to cover the roof with a tarp as big as our house before it started to pour. Luckily it only rained twice for a few minutes. We ran into an issue with the drain vent that wasn't properly attached by the previous roofer (the source of the squishy part) and Ilir had a plumber friend help us quickly remedy it. They also replaced old/rotten/thin plywood and OSB with new plywood at a small additional cost.

I appreciate the honesty and efficient work of Ilir, his brother and team. We love the new vented Velux skylight as it made the house more comfortable in warmer weather.

The Roof Technician re-shingled our roof. They were very responsive. They inspected our roof, showed us pictures and Ilir delivered a quote promptly with a fair price. Before starting they put down plywood all around to protect the work site. They were punctual and courteous and cleaned the site well at the end of the first day as well as when they were finished. They stayed with the quoted price. We were very pleased with The Roof Technician and highly recommend them.
