I called Marsac after our new furnace was installed. I wasn't confortable with the company that installed it and I didn't think it was working properly. Marsac responded promptly, quickly diagnosed the minor problem and repaired it in short order. They were prompt, knowledgeable and fair. I would recommend them.
My gas dryer was working but had no heat. Repair guy used internet to look up required repairs. He replaced two parts, neither of which fixed the problem. Suggested he order more parts and if that didn't work the problem had to be the main circuit board. It's funny but that's pretty much the exact same routine they used previously when they fixed my gas range. The problem is this time I paid $280 and not only did they not fix my dryer but they broke it. The dryer now does not work at all. I don't believe these guys are qualified repairmen and I believe they always blame the main circuit panel to maximize the charge. Had I proceeded with repairs to ny dryer it was going to cost about $800 and I still had no guarantee or confidence it would be fixed properly.
We did some renovations in our laundry room and ran into some plumbing problems. They were able to assess the situation quickly, provide a quote and complete the work within a couple hours. They even ended up charging me less than their original quote.
