We hired John based off the reviews on Homestars. Straight off the bat when I contacted him he called me back right away. Once i submitted the information for the rooms requiring painting he provided a quote in a timely manner. He gave me a date he thought he could start the project and that date did not move. He confirmed the date the week prior and arrived right on time that day. He was very pleasant to deal with and did a wonderful job painting our washrooms which have a few tight and awkward areas. Both my husband and I are very pleased with the work and the washrooms look beautiful. I also selected some wallpaper which did not arrive in time for John to install yesterday so we've set a date for him to come back and also install that. I've also got him quoting some other work we are interested in doing.

Hired Hoerner Heating & Plumbing for the first time to service the boiler in my property since the heater was not working. Service from person who answered my call, to scheduling appointment, to the actual service appointment itself was professional and efficient. They effectively troubleshooted the boiler problem and resolved at a reasonable price. Some service differentiators in my mind, they give 2 hour appointment window (as far as I'm aware most give 4 hour window or none at all), and genuinely appreciated my busy schedule and really worked with me to schedule. You can tell they take pride in their work, are honest, and are trustworthy. I look for a partner in the Contractors I hire to build long term relationships for my properties, and without a doubt, I'll be exclusively hiring them for any future needs in any of my properties I own, and without question would recommend them to anyone. Very helpful! Tom from Clearview home inspections did a great job on my home inspection plus thermal imaging service. This was for our Tarion home warranty. He was very thorough. He was very easy to talk to and answered all the questions that we had. He was very professional throughout and encouraged us to ask questions and also produce a very professional report, with pictures on the next day. We would highly recommend Clearview.
