Malcolm sanded floors for me 8 years ago and he did a terrific job on old uneven pine floors, so when I need other floors sanded I wanted him to do it. He is busy but well worth waiting for - he started and completed the job when he said he would. It was a largish area and the floors were uneven and required a lot of sanding and repair and they look really great - it has transformed the space from dark and dingy to warm and rich.

I hired New Steel Roofers this winter, they were a bit delayed due to weather but responded quickly when I called and once they started the job worked steadily until completed. They were professional polite and cleaned up after the job. I am very satisfied with the work and the new roof.
