My gas oven was not lighting. The gas would build up and then 2 minutes later there would be a loud WHOOSH and it would finally ignite.....not a safe situation. I called City Appliance and they said they should come the following day. Even though he was late he called to explain the delay and gave me an estimate as to when he would arrive. When he came, he had the parts with him already and fixed the problem in about 15 minute. Great service. A job well done.
