We had a telltale sign of water on the grout of our tiles beside the toilet and called Out of This World Plumbing. Garry Kelly was vey professional, listened to our concerns, gathered information and checked downstairs under the toilet area as well. He discovered a very slight crack in the toilet and also discovered an area in the basement area plumbing that could use some attention. He worked for a good hour and half, left the area very clean and left us very satisfied. The company sends reminders by email and even sends an email just prior to the plumber's arrival to tell you their name and a little bit about them. We knew upfront how much the service call would be and Garry was very clear about how much the job would be to fix. We had an extra toilet that he installed right away and all is well. Will definitely use this company again.

I have been with this company for a number of years now and I am a very satisfied customer. My driveway is clear when I need it, the company is easy to reach if there are any problems to resolve and the president of the company, Ken Dale, keeps us well informed with well researched and amusing emails. I would definitely recommend Metro Snow and Ice Management for snow removal.

This is one terrific snow clearing company. When I knew I desperately needed to hire someone, my cousin recommended Appleseed as she has been a customer for years now and was always very happy. I am extremely impressed by the efficiency of the drivers in my first year of never having to lift a shovel on my driveway. Ken keeps us all informed, usually starting the night before a snowfall and gives us up-to-date communication on where the drivers are during the day. I wish every business did such a thorough job with communication! Add to that the fact that Ken Dale, the President of Appleseed, has a fantastic sense of humour that he uses to lower our stresses with this weather and you have one terrific service. It is apparent that customer service is a top priority with them. I am definitely staying with this company and heartily recommend it to anyone.
