Renovating a whole house is a scary thought that many of us may have to go through but once you meet with Ylber Hidri things will fall pleasantly in to place. His natural warm personality, honest straight forward character made our decision a lot easier to confidently make. We can truthfully say that he took this house and truly made it into our home. One of our major concerns was that the house was built in 1952 and that the unforeseen problems that would be discovered only when renovations would begin would be either hidden or just patched up. Ylber made sure to always communicate such findings and allow us to make the decision for what we could immediately repair and what could essentially wait to be repaired in the future for our benefit. His professional opinion made the decision and process much easier and less stressful on our family. His entire team were always pleasant and very knowledgeable and committed in what they were doing. Our whole house was transformed into a home that we are enjoying each and every day with our young kids. We feel as though we have not only met an informed professional but made a friend along in the process. On March 23rd we had a property inspection performed by Michael Holley and were truly impressed with his vast knowledge of homes built in the Toronto area. The pre-purchase home inspection was performed with the upmost precision to details and his pleasantry when providing further explanations to our vast list of questions was greatly appreciated. He was able to direct us to certified professionals to further get quotes on cost of repairs in order for us to make a better educated decision of pursuing the purchase of this house. I’m much more confident with what is urgently needed to be repaired and how to prioritize and budget ourselves in order to repair the remainder of the items within the next few years. All of the recommendations, safety concerns are well noted with pictures in the detailed home inspection report that Michael meticulously created for the property.
