I contacted Rick based on good reviews I read at Homestars. He responded right away and booked both appointments on my preferred times. Rick was on time both times and very professional with reasonable charges. I appreciate his honesty about the jobs and suggestions for the possible issues. He worked quickly, efficiently and found the problem (in fact problems) with the washer, he was able to procure the elusive replacement part and save me money from buying a new machine.
