Called them -usually use Homestars They came out and took apart the washing machine - it had a leaky door and needed a new seal (obviously) Cost $350! I just asked about the part - another $440!! Over $700 to repair an 8 year old machine. I called Sears and ordered the part for $175. AVOID AVOID AVOID
