We were told that water damage in the basement was due to the drain tile being crushed and that it needed to be replaced. I called Carlo to provide a second opinion, and not only did he advise that the drain tile didn't need replacing, but he was able to locate a broken pipe which was the cause of the damage. After having several contractors look at the damage, he was the only one who spotted the broken pipe, and saved us thousands of dollars. I would highly recommend Carlo.
