Westside Drainage

We purchased a 1960s home and had Carlo come in during the inspection phase for peace of mind. He conducted a full survey of the property, and identified several issues which could have resulted in damage over time. After possession, we had him return to clear blockages, repair broken drains, and rebuild the sump. During the process, he demonstrated and explained everything so that I could have a full working knowledge of the location and operation of our drainage components. Prompt, professional, and proactive - highly recommended!

I had Carlo from Westside Drainage come to my house to check the health of my exterior drain tile system. Carlo did an incredible job identifying the drain tile blockage issue and resolving it by replacing a portion of the underground pipe and adding a clean-out. We also discovered an issue with the downspout underground roof drainage line due to roots growing into the pipe through an uncapped underground pipe that was not originally installed properly. Carlo is knowledgeable, prompt and trustworthy. We discussed lots of other ways to improve my drainage to avoid future issues. I'd definitely recommend Westside Drainage!

Carlo came out and had a look at out perimeter drain. He used his Camera scope and looked at all the drains. Told us what the issue was and how we can fix it. He was great, professional on time and extremely knowable. He didn't give us the run around, straight to the point with out us spending huge amounts of money. Glad we had him out now we can go forward and fix the issue.

We have used Westside Drainage twice for a proactive inspection of our homes drain tile and foundation. Although we've never had a repair issue, I've been impressed with Carlo's attention to detail, how well he explains things, and his suggestions to prolong our home and avoid future issues. We had a perimeter drainage blockage, which partially flooded the garage. I called Carlo, and he promptly returned my call. A few days later he came to assess the problem and quickly identified it. He returned the next day , dug a hole and located the the broken part of the drainage system and fixed it. Carlo really knows his business, and I would highly recommend him for any perimeter drainage issues.

We moved to a new house and knew there were issues with the drainage. Previous owners chased an issue but were never able to fix it (after spending money with other companies). Carlo came and quickly had a strategy to get the problem fixed right. He was efficient with his time (and ours) and walked us through his thinking and approach. He got the work done quickly and it solved the issue. We now have confidence our drainage is working properly - will keep in touch with Carlo for annual inspections.
Recommend him as he was understanding of the issues and was able to work in small spaces - he even dug by hand to avoid damage from larger equipment.

The rainwater wasnt flowing to the sump and we were concerned about a blockage. Carlo found the questionable area and started to dig. He discovered a second sump connecting to the main sump which a previous homeowner had buried. It was badly damaged and needed a new pump. Carlo fixed everything promptly and expertly. He removed all the debris from the sump and cleaned up the area. He was professional and tidy. We were very satisfied with his work and highly recommend him.

I needed someone quickly to repair broken drain tiles damaged from a previous contractor, so I could finish my backyard patio. Carlo came quickly and placed a camera to verify all the drainage perimeters. There were a couple of blocked downspouts. He started the repairs immediately and returned promptly the next day. He wrote me a report and I was able to finally finish the backyard project which had begun nine months ago before the winter. After a long period of rain we were getting water coming into the basement of our home.
