Carlo was very knowledgeable about our weeping tile issue, upon a site visit for a second opinion he informed me that the previous company estimate was bogus.
Infact there was NO drainage problem.
The hose test proved him right.
Way to go Carlo nothing like an honest company.

HONEST, RELIABLE, PROFESSIONAL AND FAST! I had other drainage companies come and give me ridiculous quotes of $10K to 16K without even doing any inspection or explaining what the problem was and why it was needed. I decided to call Carlo and arranged for him to inspect the problem. Carlo came to the job early and got to work immediately. He spent time tracing the root cause and gave me options and solutions to address the problem once and for all. To top it off, it only cost a fraction of the crazy prices I had been quoted by others. I would highly recommend Carlo and will call him back in the future to address all my drainage needs.

Carlo had done excellent work for us several years ago and nothing has changed as far as his work ethic, integrity and honesty goes. He warned us at that time that our front drain pipe had been originally installed at a poor grade and would probably be prone to sediment build up. Indeed the drain became sluggish after some years. I contacted Carlo and he was here the next day to scope out the drain and offer some ideas. He returned as promised the following week to finish up and had another, less expensive option for us to go forward with. Highly recommend Westside Drainage.

He is methodical and carefully thinks through his plan of attack. He talked me through what he would need to do to fix my overflowing down spout issue. He gave me a reasonable quote and if it is less work than he thinks, he'll adjust the price. Very conscientious about safety and returning the site/garden to its original look. Had a bit of water in our basement after the first atmospheric river in October 2021. Called Carlo based on reviews I found here. He came over with his pipe inspection cameras and gave me an honest opinion of what to do to get things running again...not the full replacement, but if we do X, Y, Z, you won't have any worries. OK, sounds great, he got to work and the job was finished in a couple of days. Well, the job was tested pretty promptly when the 2nd and 3rd (bigger) atmospheric rivers hit: no water in the basement. One of the most pleasant experiences I ever had with a contractor, saved me a lot of money on a full drain tile job, and saved me from a major basement flood. Oh...and he also had piece of plumbing customized for us, and he showed up a few weeks later to install it. 18 out of 10.

Like so many I was a victim of the enormous amount of rain that fell during October and November that caused water to flood my basement. Wanting to know if this could have been preventable, a family friend referred me to Carlo of Westside Drainage. I called Carlo and he asked me some questions and advised me on some temporary measures I could promptly put into effect as we scheduled an appointment. Upon his visit, Carlo did a thorough job of scoping the drainage areas while explaining to me how the drainage around the perimeter of my house. Carlo found a section that had debris in it and advised a flushing of the system. He gave me a number to call and the job was done three days later. I was very satisfied with the service Carlo provided and he told me i could call him anytime should any future questions arise.

During the recent atmospheric river events, I experienced water in my crawl space.
Westside Drainage was the only company to return my call and they returned it promptly! Carlo was professional, reassuring and allowed me to navigate a very stressful situation in the most budget friendly way.
