Knowledgeable, thorough and great communication. The inspection took about 3.5 hours, Paul took a very in depth approach to all aspects of the inspection, communicating concerns along the way. Very reasonable pricing, thermal and moisture testing included. Definitely will recommend Paul for pre-purchase home inspections.
