Triggerr and Karl came highly recommended to relocate my 88 year old Mother's belongings from Independent Living to an Assisted Living Floor at Viva Barrhaven. They are an extremely personable and professional couple clearly enjoying what they do. They exceeded all our expectations, called ahead to confirm, arrived on time, and went about their work with great pride and a wonderful warm sense of humour. We appreciated their highly experienced input about optimal furniture placement in the smaller space in order to maximize the safety and homey atmosphere of the new apartment. The company representative was very courteous and professional arriving on time and fully explaining the proposed work. His team of three also arrived on time and performed the work flawlessly. Our two storey house exterior now looks like new. The new downspout has corrected a longstanding and problematic overtopping of the eavestrough at our entranceway. This historic issue arose during the Winter melt and Spring Thaw and caused dangerous slippery conditions on our walkway needing regular attention.

My less than two year old Carrier Infinity Greenspeed (high efficiency (97%) variable speed modulating) furnace shut down unexpectedly early this Sunday morning. Within two hours of my call Furnace Technician Mike Labelle (employee number 4231) arrived and quickly diagnosed the problem as a blocked condensate drain tube. He had to disassemble and dry out the internal exhaust fan blower and "p" trap and clean the external condensate drain tube. He was extremely efficient and knowledgeable and doublechecked his work before closing up the furnace and testing it to confirm it was back working perfectly. He wisely advised me to pour two cups of vinegar into the external condensate drain tube each month to keep it clean. This crucial preventative maintenance measure was omitted from discussions with the installing contractor (not Reliance/Holmes) and would have been good to know since the tube is long and has a low slope and prone to build up of algae.
