It's an absolute pleasure to work with Andrew from the beginning to the end of the whole process. I had changed the design of the sitelites at least 5 times, yet he was extremely patient with all my requests and got back with drawings which helped me visualize my design. The end product looks exactly the same as what I have expected. The quality of the door and the installation were also excellent. The installation process was seamless and the door looked gorgeous. I'd say that Andrew was on the top among all the contractors I have worked with so far! Sometimes he may be slow in responding (because he has so many customers), but be assured that he will get back to you. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the whole process and my door, and will definitely recommend Andrew to anyone who needs door replacement!

A man solicited the cleaning service from my neighborhood back in May. He committed that his crew would clean all windows including the ones on the garage doors. The crew arrived on the scheduled day and did the job. First of all, the quality of their work is barely minimum. I could tell that they did clean the windows but the job were not professionally done. There were still a few marks left on the windows and the frames. Second, they did not clean the windows on the front of the house and the ones on the garage doors. I then called their office and tried to get them back. The lady at the office called Diana did reschedule for 3 times for the crew to come back but no one showed up. Diana kept promising to me that the crew would come back and finish the job but no one has ever shown up as of today. The company just does not care about the customers at all right after they collect the cash! I am so disappointed with their services and definitely will not recommend this company. Update Jun 20, 2016 The owner called and apologized for the unprofessional service his crew did. He offered a free follow-up cleaning service and another crew showed up on time as scheduled. The two people performed their job and no other issues were noted. The owner did offer a free driveway sealant application out of courtesy as well. I am not sure whether they will show up or not, but will update with the result this weekend. Update Jun 25, 2016 No show of the driveway sealant as expected. The owner even called in the beginning of the week to confirm that "someone" will show up and do the sealant application. This company does not value its own credibility at all. Definitely should not be in the business. Update Jul 7, 2016 After I had received three calls from this company saying that they would come to apply the sealant (first two did not show up), two people finally showed up and finished the job. Overall, this company have done the jobs. However, whether you want to go through all the hassle just trying to get them to finish the work, it is up to you.

i signed a 5-year lease with Grand Alarms for a free installation of alarm system for the whole house. The technician came on time and finished the installation in a day! He was very professional and answered all my questions. It has been over a year since the installation and everything is still working good!

I hired Crown windows to replace all windows for my house. The team arrived on time and completed the job in a day. The quality of the windows and the installation is excellent. Even one glass panel has a crack on it, Crown sent a service person very timely and replace the glass panel without delay. After-sale service is impressive!

I had Peter and his team replaced the roof (shingles). He was professional and fair in term of his advice and the pricing. His team arrived on-time and did a quality job within the committed time. I will not hesitate to refer his company to anyone who need to replace the roof!

I purchased a number of furniture from this location. The sale service was quite good. However, the nightmare just began with the delivery services, which Mobilia subcontracted the service. They delivered different pieces at different times but gave you like a 4-hour window so that you had to sit for 4 hours to wait for the delivery truck. What was worse was that the delivery guys who carried the sofa just dropped it on my new hardwood floor and made few dents on it, not to mention about the scratches on the wall. I was compensated later but only after long and troublesome negotiation process with the company. It just does not worth it at all!

John and his team was just excellent. He installed over 55+ potlights throughout my house in just one day. No mess and committed to the deadline! One fixture did not work after the installation but John came back shortly to fix it. Thx.

I have been looking for a reliable lawn cutting company for my lawn for over a year. The one I hired last year did not come on time and was difficult to reach. Luckily, I have found Green World. The owner, Evan, is very professional and responsive. He has been very punctual so far and helpful in answering any questions that I have. Good work Evan!

Best installation team Ever! Hossein, Arman and Tony arrived on time and finished the work in a very timely manner. They installed over 60+ interior potlights and 11 exterior potlights for my house! Hossein is very professional and his recommendation for exterior potlights is excellent. I am so happy with the quality of their works.
