David and his team did an excellent job. They started earlier than expected and finished the job on time. They were clean and hardworking, showed up on time and did not miss a day even came on Saturday and sometimes worked till 7pm. Fair price for the work done and I am totally pleased with the job - my home looks like new. My curb appeal went up 100%!

Staff are patient, freindly and knowledgable however, I purchased Ivory Travertine from this store at $6.50/sqft. when I got home and looked it had to be the worst quality Travertine I have ever seen and looked nothing like the samples they have on display. They do not offer refunds on natural stone so I was SOL and stuck with $1600 of horrible stone - if you are buying travatine do not buy from them!!

Natural stone, especially travertine will always come somewhat varigated. We do our best to display the exact material that you will get, and it is available for inspection in the warehouse before purchase. We do have a policy of no returns on natural stone (as most shops do) in general to prevent picking and choosing the pcs leaving other clients with undesirable material. However in a case like this, brought to our attention, we would have gladly swapped out the material or given you a full refund. This is the first I've heard of this as we go to great lengths to make sure we only bring in Premium 1st quality stone. Please contact us if you are unsatisfied with any material purchased at either of our locations, and we will be more than happy to fix the issue.
