I am a repeat customer of Clarke Basement Systems. Approximately 14 years ago I had them install a Cleanspace Encapsulation membrane in my cold room. It was great. No more water leakage and musty odors. But after last winter's ice storm, the membrane came loose in one corner of the cold room. I also had 2 tie rod hole foundation water leaks on the other side of my basement. The service technician, Brendan, reattached the membrane to the wall and double checked the other walls to make sure the membrane was secure. I have to say it looks even better than the 1st day it was installed. He also sealed the tie rod holes. It rained heavily two days later and no water leakage. I found both the sales representative, Ben, and the service technician, Brendan, very professional, friendly and efficient and they took the time to answer all my questions. I would highly recommend this company.

Novak and his staff replaced the rotted wooden windows and exterior wall of my second floor turret with new vinyl windows and siding. Novak helped me pick a siding color that matches my 25 year old soffits and eavestroughs perfectly. I found Novak to be very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. I could not be any happier with my new turret and even my neighbours came by to comment on how great the house looks.
