When I first bought my house the building inspector told me the roof was old and would probably need replacing, I called several companies, and many seemed to be trying to get in and out with their quotes. Shay took the time to completely examine the roof, even going up into the attic to get a complete picture. It turns out that I would need an entirely new ventilation system installed and they would have to break open the attic as it had been sealed with concrete! Shay was very patient and help explained all my options to me (several times!) and worked with me to come up with different solutions to the problem. He remained very calm and courteous even through all of my waffling and second thoughts. In the end I decided to give them the go ahead. The actual job was delayed a bit by poor weather conditions, but when the were finally able to come they were very clean and efficient. They were very clean and took steps to prevent any damage to my property from their work, and cleaned up after themselves very well. They even promised to come back in the spring and flush out my eavestroughs (it was nearing winter when they did the job) for me! True to their word, Shay checked up on me in the spring and their crew came in and flushed my troughs.

I already had the city shut off the water to my house when I found out that the first plumbing service I called could not come out that day and I'd have to wait until tomorrow morning (they wouldn't even make an appointment without having the water shut off first). When I called Valentin he got back to me relatively quickly, and showed up at my door in 10 minutes! He was very clean and courteous, was able to do the job for me even though the water was not completely shut off. He did great work and I was very happy to have called him instead of a bigger, more expensive plumbing service.

When preparing my home to sell, I knew that painting was a distinct possibility, but when the decision was made and the colours picked out, I was working with a very tight time schedule. I had received a couple quotes that were outside my price range, and was beginning to consider cutting corners. When I got in touch with Massimo, not only was he able to work within my schedule, but he was also able to offer me a competitive price for the entire job. Massimo was very easy to work with. He was open and honest, and I was quickly put at ease with his friendly demeanor. We were quickly able to come to an agreement, and I was able to have my entire condo painted within my budget. Throughout the job Massimo kept in touch to make sure that everything was progressing smoothly and that I was happy with the results. I would definitely consider Executive Touch Painters again for any jobs in the future.
