We were pleased with the quality of product during our installation. The Installers were knowledgeable and they took the time required to install our WINDOWS AND DOOR. Post installation garbage was cleaned up quickly and kept to an organized minimum. The windows and door look fantastic and we are pleased with our installation. A couple issues observed: I did not appreciate that one of the installers decided to smoke in my backyard while waiting to put in my door. My son has extreme sensitivity to smoke and I felt that if a break was required that is absolutely acceptable however it is not acceptable to smoke on my property. Another issue is I would have likes the installers to where something over their work boots rather than walking around my home with their shoes on. Again when u have small children who are constantly on the floor putting things in their mouth it's difficult to deal with. However, the product, installation and cost were very competitive and I would refer New Look Windows to others.

We hired Granito World to supply/ instal granite counter tops and backsplash. Vik was an absolute delight to deal with. He was professional and honest. After researching and receiving several estimates we decided to go with Vik. His prices are exceptional and product is superb. Vik was able to a accommodate our Reno timeline as well as other Reno projects and worked side by side with our contractors to ensure the project was completed. His crew arrived first thing in the morning and worked into the evening hours to complete this job. The craftsmanship and quality were wonderful. We are exceptionally happy with the work.

Gino and his crew completed a whole house Reno for us. He completed the job on time and on budget without substituting the quality of his work. Gino completed two washrooms for us. Both were completely gutted and rebuilt. His workmanship and quality of work are flawless. He is honest and reliable. He was able to identify other issues during the Reno ie mold, fans not vented properly. Although this wasn't initially scoped in the original project he was able to resolve this problem and prevent it from happening in the future. Gino also installed hardwood, removed popcorn ceilings, new porcelain floors, throughout the main floor, laundry room and powder room, new laundry room as well as Renos to the basement. He and his crew are able to do it all, no matter the size of the job they do it with ease and the finished project is nothing short of perfection. I highly recommend Gino and his crew for any home Reno.
