Adel was courteous & professional. The heating element in my oven had stopped working. Once he had a look at the appliance, he ordered the new part, went to pick it up & was back to replace it within an hour. Excellent service.

Not only was my bathroom sink not draining properly, I kept hearing water draining from pipes several minutes after I shut off the tap. I decided to call WaterWorks. When Larry came I showed him what was wrong and also mentioned I was concerned that my kitchen sink was a bit slow in draining. He checked the kitchen sink and said it was slow to drain as he felt the pipes were narrow & it just would take a little longer than usual. That eased my mine. When he checked my bathroom sink......well that was a diiferent story. The pipe had cracked and water was running down the outside of the pipe. It wasn't cheap but he got a new pipe and installed the new one. It's been draining well since. Thank you WaterWorks Plumbing. This could have ended up costing me a lot more if you didn't get the job done so well and so fast.
