Pretty good and fast purchasing process, not a bad experiance, good availability and fast shipping. I was able to track my delivery in real time. Installation went good, and the removal of the old appliancies. The installation guys were great and fast. Strongly recommend.

Eric was extremely responsive to all my questions, quick to show up and provide diagnostics and estimated cost. He ordered the part and replaced it quickly for a reasoanble price. He is very professional, reliable, pleasant to communicate with, accurate and always on-time. I strongly recommend his services.

Fedor and the crew are extremely professional; they know what they are doing and showed great respect for us as customers. Always arrived on time as promised and the estimated cost was reliable, no surprises. When they finish the work everything is clean.
