I had a deck built 3 years ago. Richard promised the deck "would outlast me". The initial build of the deck seemed well done and I was pleased with it. However, that same summer, 3 boards in my deck came loose. Serenity decks was not very responsive. It took until the following summer for them to repair the deck. They fixed the loose boards, and several months later they cracked loose again. I called back and late that summer, a different technicians came and did the same work. Again, the boards broke off shortly after the work was done. Now, 3 years into ownership of this deck, I still have the same loose boards, and the front facing panels are also coming loose and will eventually fall off. I'm very disappointed in the overall workmanship and responsiveness of this business and would certainly not recommend them.

I had two issues with my Nuvo sound system implementation, which started acting up after 4 years of working flawlessly. 1) An LCD display panel that stopped functioning in one of my zones 2) One of my 5.1 speakers that had begun buzzing intermittently I had a technician by the name of Frank at my home today to work on these issues, and I was very impressed with his level of expertise. I am a technical person so I have a good grasp of when someone knows what they're doing. Frank had the right tools, the right approach, and everything he did made sense. He methodically and efficiently solved both issues for a very reasonable price. This is my second time having BayBloor technicians over to help with troubleshooting, and on with occasions, they have been absolutely on point. Highly recommended.

I am a gardening/lawncare neophyte and I had a vision to have 2 large planters setup in my yard. Blair was perfect for job. He explained everything in a way that made sense to a newbie, and was patient with all my questions. He delivered exactly on what was promised. The price was a little high in comparison to competitors, but worth every penny. Looking forward to working with Double Tree on future projects!

Carm was responsive and punctual. His team provided an assessment that made sense and were comfortable answering my many questions. When something came up during the work, Carm was available to help guide things in the right direction. The workmanship was quality and the job was done in a reasonable amount of time. Very happy overall and would highly recommend.
