I am very satisfied with this company from start to end. Greg came out to give us an estimate for the job needed to be done and within a short time Dwight came to do the repairs. I certainly would recommend A&A to anyone who wants the job done the right way. I am greatly impressed by Dwight's professionalism, neatness and great attention to detail ! He went above and beyond to get the work done to our satisfaction. Dwight is a great asset to A&A. He installed 5 limestone window sills, replaced some broken bricks around our entrance door , tuck pointing and parging. He also was very thorough in cleaning up afterwards. I am very happy with his work ! Thank you A&A !

I have used Dodd's for the past years for replacing broken springs. This past week I noticed one of my garage doors is not balanced, Came across this while doing a safety check. Dodd's adjusted the spring and the limit and tightened some hinges. Also gave some advice on what to use for lubricating the rollers.

Replaced our over 20-year-old Lennox furnace and AC with a more energy efficient system in order to take advantage of the government rebates. Lennox was offering rebates for their modulating furnace slp 98V so we decided on it plus the Lennox XC 14 and we got a free humidifier to go with them. The price quote $7600 doesn't include HST or the rebates( rebates from Lennox and government should amount to $2215). Overall the installation went great and the technicians,Gary and Peter , were professional and did their job efficiently. Cy the contact person was informative , explained our options and answered all our questions. The main reason why we decided to hire Spring Home was because we felt we could trust them to do a good installation and count on them for after sale service. They will come back in winter to check the operation of the furnace and in summer the AC. We figured all those good reviews got to mean something. We weren't disappointed at all after the installation. I would recommend SpringHome to others for sure. As for the modulating furnace it is very quiet and does take care of cold spots in the house.The icomfort touch thermostat that came with the furnace is sleek and easy to use. All in all we are happy with Spring Home heating& Cooling !

Great job was performed expertly by Paul and his partner. Lots of power on the vacuum and the compressed air. Very thorough work and very careful about how they performed the task at hand.

Had to get a cable replaced . I felt the technician was pushing for me to buy new hardware unnecessarily...a pair of drums(nothing wrong with them)a pair of metal brackets ...to pad up my bill ! He said my spring is the wrong type too and would probably have me change it too except I just got it replaced 2 years ago. And the rollers...he said I should change those too. I certainly wouldn't recommend this company to anyone! Beware of Pro-Master .
