Although he came promptly to check out the fridge because it wasn’t as cold as it should be (my milk was going bad in 2 days), that’s the only good part to this horrible experience. It was after Mr. Sagoo left that the service went downhill. My Whirlpool Fridge started rhythmically knocking. At first I seriously thought someone was knocking on my front door when I realized it was my fridge. It would knock for 5 seconds sporadically, sometimes within 15 minutes, other times it'd be a couple hour intervals between the knocking. I called while I was at work to ask if he could come back to take a look at it, and he said he didn't know how to fix the problem, however, if I went home and stood infront of the fridge to wait for it to make the knocking noise- hold my phone up against it, and have him listen, he could attempt to figure it out. I stood waiting for 45 MINUTES! He didn’t pick up his phone until the fourth ring and had missed it, screw this! He then honestly did not know what was wrong with it, and suggested I live with the noise. Seriously? It was a loud knocking throughout the night! I wouldn't have called a repair service if I didn't need repair! If he didn't know what was wrong, and REFUSED to come to do a full check of the fridge, and then to tell me to do my research to find someone who knows, he should go back to school for being an electrician. My time is my money, and I’ve wasted too much of it with this “electrician”. A week later and my milk was still going bad 2 days prior to the expiry date and I call him to give me a refund of the services so I can just cut my loses and the time I've spent with this company to buy a new fridge, and he said NO, his warranty doesn't cover refunds. Um, SIR, your service was inadequate! The part doesn’t work! I would never wish this company to my worst enemy. On top of the horrible service, he was also incredibly difficult to understand. SAVE YOUR TIME AND YOUR MONEY. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.
