I needed to paint my main hallway, staircase, upper hallway. After having several companies in to provide a quote, I was very impressed with Kyle and his level of customer service. He was quick to respond to any questions I texted him and he was able to complete the job faster than anyone. Before they started, we added the Kitchen and family room to the project as well. This changed their timeframe slightly, but they were up for the challenge. Kyle and his team arrived promptly and worked diligently to complete the job. They went above and beyond to ensure my wife and I were happy with their work. Thank you to Kyle and his team, we will definitely have them back for other projects. regards Chris M

After selling our cottage, we decided to build a paradise in our backyard. The challenge was that we already had a large patio and gardens around the sides of the backyard. In the middle of the backyard was a green space that used to have a large play structure. As we brought in different pool companies, I asked them to turn green (grass) blue in the exact shape. We met with a few pool companies and this was difficult due to the backyard already being landscaped and the grading of the land. We thought that this was going to be a great challenge until Mark from Betz came by. He said we can do this and I have an idea that will make it blend into your backyard, so that it will look like it was always there. After a few more meetings, Mark provided us with the drawing and we were blown away with how he was able to create a unique pool that had the feeling of a spa. Based on this we decided to move forward. The day they started, we were away on vacation, but they said don't worry about it and enjoy your vacation. There were a few issues that occurred while we were away, but Mark and the rest of Betz took care of everything. For the most part their trades are very professional and there were a few delays during the process. The original goal was to finish in 4 weeks and it took them 6 weeks to complete. The final result is beautiful and we have had many friends and family ask us who did our pool. We would highly recommend Betz to anyone. regards C McDonnell
