The repairman ca came to clean my parents dishwasher. He was here for maybe 20 minutes using a shop vac to shop vac out the drain line. Literally the second thing in the actual owner's manual is to check the check drain return as you can see I've included a picture where it was blocked. It took me all about 4 minutes to figure out the problem. It's a very simple and straightforward solution. As a dishwasher repair person he should have immediately known that this would be the next place to check after the actual screens. I'm super duper annoyed with this company and how they took advantage of my elderly parents. It's disgusting.

I was referred to Martin by my general contractor. I was blown away by his services. I work in the trades myself as a painter, and have gotten to see many, many tile jobs over the years. I would have to say that Martin's work is the best there is. He was courteous, clean, on time and professional, but what blew me away was the quality of his work. The floors are laser straight. He managed to turn a somewhat wonky concrete basement floor into a smooth, even surface. He worked long days to ensure the project came in on time. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him for any project. 10/10

Alex and his crew were amazing. They showed up on time, worked very hard. They were incredibly clean and considerate. The job presented a few hidden difficulties that they dealt with in a timely and professional manner. I wouldn't hesitate for a second to recommend them to anyone. I'm never going to use another plumbing/drain service again. Did I mention that the rates are very very reasonable? Definitely a 10 star company.
