I am very pleased with their work overall and his willingness to be available for the project or any questions at all times during this stressful project is highly appreciated. We've had Alex and co in to fix things over many years. They just proved again how quick, efficient and honest they are. Fixed my mom's toilets in her condo (it's endemic every single unit has the same problem and the internal condo repair recommended by condo mgment quoted 2x the price per toilet). As always very honest (I have to say this again).

I had quotes far exceeding what they did for a simple drain clear. They came and did it right. As a bonus the plumber gave me some tips on how to clear a drain without the use of harsh chemicals, which I appreciated. I'd hire them again any time.

It was late Friday afternoon, and I discovered a leak coming from my hot water tank mixing valve. A and Y arranged for an emergency technician to come to my house ASAP, and not only did he fix the leak, but he also went above and beyond cleaning and resealing other pipe connections to prevent any future issues. Technician's name is Roman. He was professional and kind. Thank you Roman if you're reading this.
In addition to Roman, I spoke with a couple people on the phone while booking this appointment, and both were understanding, kind, and efficient. I highly recommend this company. (This is not my first time using the services of A&Y. Always a pleasant experience)

Called A & Y Plumbing, spoke to Alex about my plumbing issue which was a small leak under the bathroom vanity. Sent his plumber, arrived promptly and assessed the situation. Indicated he could not do anything because of the limited access and the vanity would have to be removed. I agreed and he said to call him back once it was ready and he didn't charge me for the service call. The next day it was ready, I called Alex and in no time the same plumber came back. He worked quickly and efficiently, had all the new parts that needed to be replaced, gave me helpful hints and advice on how to reinstall the counter, cleaned up and did a good job. Good communication between Alex and the office at all times. I can highly recommend A & Y and will definitely use them again. Thanks!
