The Serviceman that came was excellent. Very professional. Very diligent. Explained and cleaned up after himself. The office staff was just the opposite. Got appointment time wrong by hours, contact phone # taken down wrong - yet we were repeat customers. That made the day a bit of a gong show.

Joel made an excellent recommendation for LED bulbs to replace the sunshine ceiling in my kitchen. They were put on order and Joel kept me informed as to when they would be in. I also had him change light fixtures in a number of rooms. He was on time, phoned before he came and cleaned up where he worked. A pleasant individual.

Robert was on time, professional, explained what needed to be repaired, explained the repair afterwards, brought my home up to code with kitchen shut-off valves, always had on his boot protection while in the house, cleaned up after he finished the repairs, even had patience when my dogs had to greet him when he went in and out.
